The purpose of the register is to serve as Aion Performance Oy’s customer information register.

The register mainly contains information provided by the customers themselves to Aion Performance Oy.
The register may include, among other things, the following customer information:
- Person’s name

- Phone number
- And other information provided by the user
Regular disclosure of information
With the customer’s consent, information may be disclosed to shared partners of the customer and Aion Performance Oy for the delivery of ordered products and services.
Billing-related information may be disclosed to payment service providers.
Information will not be disclosed to other third parties within or outside the EU.
Information may be disclosed to authorities if they present a request based on Finnish law.
Principles of register protection
Manual material
Information is not stored in physical copies except for accounting records, which are accessible only to designated employees of Aion Performance Oy and the accountant, who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Data stored in information systems
Data is transmitted over SSL-encrypted connections.
Electronic data is protected by a firewall. Only specifically designated Aion Performance Oy employees have access to the registry data. Employees are identified by a username and password. Information is treated as confidential and may not be disclosed to anyone other than those who need it for their work and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Right to inspection and prohibition
The data subject has the right to access the personal data stored in the personal data register. A written request for inspection must be sent, signed, to the person responsible for register matters.
The right to inspection is free of charge, limited to once a year.
Data retention period
We retain personal data only for the time necessary for the type of personal data and its processing purposes.
